Help - how do I use this product?

after reading all the material I could get my hands on (site, video, forum, knowledge base, the help button on each feature of the installed product), I can not figure out what I need to do to use the software. I need documentation, how to steps. I have installed it, now what?? I could not find anything anywhwre, and the standared answer to questions like mine was a response that the documentation is the knowledge base. But I do not get how to info in the knowledge base. I can not even understand how to use a simple banner, or link.

can anybody help? maybe you asked the same question and have a privite message that was sent to you? or did I miss the only place with "how to" instructions?
