Cannot find module after installing

I installed the mod_vmalert module, but when I go to module manager I cannot find it listed so that I can enable it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but still not luck?

You should check the modules for the administrator, go to module manager and after this you have "site" and next to this "administrator".
