Hello,
A new version of BeestoHelpDesk extension was released today.
Version 1.3 come up with new powerfull features:
- date and time displayed depending on user timezone
- option to tag tickets
- option to mark as critical tickets
- option to add frontend welcome message
- automatically get name and e-mail for registered users when a new ticket is submited
- link to customer profile, on ticket view page, case he's a registered user
- ticket notes
- option to add My Tickets area for registered users in frontend
- ACL for frontend based on user groups
- ticket history
- convert tickets into knowledgebase articles
