Do you have the ability to email the generated code for downloading to a registered user? They would be directed via the email to the place on the website to log in to download the files.

Quickdownload is not generating links. Is there an issue with a file permission that I need to address? My VPS tends to lock down files when an extension is installed.

Hello,

Generating links doesn't have any relation with file permissions, in each case you can open a ticket containing joomla back-end access along with the ftp access details and I'll take a look at this problem.
