Before purchase questions...

I am quite eager to know more on J Multitier extension before I make the purchase. I wanted to know more as I want to make sure that it fit my business.

1) Are there any documentations / help provided (how-to-use) for this extension?

2) Based on the affiliate system, how are the links generated to our affiliates (is it based on auto-generated or do we need to do it manually)?

3) Say we have to monitor our affiliate on 2 sites(meaning Joomla website A is based on per purchase and non-joomla website B is based on per registration), can we manually add new affliate links in this multitier program for website B in our Joomla backend , we will receive the affiliate links of website B via emails).

4) If I decided to change and customize my Joomla SEF urls will it affects my affiliate's multitier pages?

Hello,

1) On each JMultiTier section you have a help page where you can find detailed info also you can open a support ticket for any question you have.

2) Links are manually added but affiliate id is automatically generated.

3) That is not possible.

4) Using SEF urls can't generate issues for JMultiTier pages.

Can i configure the affiliate id (which is automatically generated) , to a customized affiliate id as shown below.

mysite.com?referid=username

or

username.myfxhub.com

This feature is not available in current version of JMultiTier but we can do some custom programming and make required modifications.

I have an additional question regarding the automatically generated links.:

One of the ideas behind doing the affiliate yourself is to get direct links from the affiliates.

Is the link made with hash marks like this [www.synlighjemmeside.dk] or?

I did ad a hashmark and some text at the end of my url, but somehow it didn't make it to the post :-)

J MultiTier looks to be asuitable tool for our new site: [Omsol.net].
I am missing 2 things, and these stand in my way of buying the extension.
1.) e-mail invitation form on the frontend for users (affiliates).
2.) campaign stats.(Banner + link + e-mail+...) - do I have to relay on GA?

Do you have some recomandations on how can I solve the e-mail form issue?
