Pre Purchase questions

Hi, Your comoponent looks good although I have following questions

1) Does it work with sh404SEF component?
2) Will the paid version free of "Powered by Beesto - Copyright 2010 " tag?
3) Can we set max pay limit for users and for whole system. For example, max pay limit per user = $50 per month. and maximum payout for all users = $1000 per month?
4) I could not see the help menu on JMultiTier site. Will it be available once we purchase the component?
5) Can we only have 2 tiers?
6) How can one joomla user make another joomla user as his/her tier 2 partner? I did not see any setting on the frontpage. I am looking for a simple solution like one joomla user apply to the other joomla user and then he/she accepts him as partner and start sharing revenue. Does it work like this?

Please get back to me as soon as possible so that I can go ahead with the purchase ans start configuring the component.

1) yes
2) yes - no setting to remove that but we can tell you how to do it or we can remove it for you
3) no
4) I don't understand what help menu you are talking about
5) yes - affiliates/tiers applications requires your approval so you easily can decide who can be your affiliate
6) user 1 can send to user 2 an registration link and case the last one will register as affiliate following that link will become user 1 tier

Sorry I have a few more questions and then I am done.

1) What is the performance impact? Like, do you clear the old traffic data because it seems it can get large pretty quick
2) Similar question, in order to restrict the IP address, how long you store that IP in the database
3) In the restriction tab you have option for IP "is not banned" and "is banned". What is the meaning of that? YOu block the site access or you just block the count increase towards money calculation.
4) What is pay per click? Does it mean it only calculates at the first time someone clicks that referal link and the subsequent page views are not countable.
5) How the following link looks like with sh404SEF "<a href="[www.beesto.com]; target="_blank" style="color:#FF8330;font-size:14px;font-weight:bold;">Join Us!</a>"? I mean, I dont want to expose any com_XXXX. Is that possible to use sh404SEF url here.
6) Do you have a picture or any explanation to understand multitier system? Its kind of not clear to me how the tier things work.

Once I get clear picture of its functioning then I am good to go ahead. And also, If I purchase this product then I need to modify it according to our need. Can I do that because your terms say that we cannot modify it? Please advice on this as well.

Hello,

1) Yes data can be deleted case traffic storage is too big
2) How long you want, until you remove the restriction
3) Case the ip is blocked affiliate will have access to your domain but commission will not be recorded
4) Pay per click means that you'll reward your affiliate just for one click not all clicks visitor coming from affiliate banner will make, for that is another type of commission, commission per page view
5) I think com_componentname removal are handled by sef component or plugin
6) Each section of JMultiTier have an up-right Help button where you can find info about that page you are viewing
7) You can modify the component as you wish but you'll not get support for a custom version
