Username and Password fields in acceptance email:
Is there a way to send the username and password within the "you have been accepted" email?

Automatic registration when registering in Joomla:
is there a way to make this happen or make all users affiliates by default?

Yes all these features are possible and will be implemented in the next version of JMultiTier.
